نبذة عن كورس تحليل التأخيرات – Delay analysis

كورس تحليل التأخيرات يُقدم شرح مبسط لكل طرق التحليل المستخدمة لتحليل التأخير و تحديد مسؤولية كل طرف في العقد بشكل عملي كما يتعرض لبعض المفاهيم النظرية التي لا غنى عنها في مقابلات العمل و أيضا خلال الاجتماعات ،يجب الأخذ بالعلم ان طرق تحليل التأخيرات لها أكثر من مدرسة و بنهاية الكورس ستعرف كيفية التحليل من خلال مدرسة ال ( SCL) الأكثر شهرة في السوق الخليجي بشكل خاص و مدرسة ال AACE -RP علماً بأن  دراسة ال RP هدفها معرفة توضيح أشمل و أوسع لكن في النهاية الطرق متشابهة الي حد بعيد في المدرستين .

Course breif

The course present a simplified explanation of all the analysis methods used for delay analysis and determining the responsibility of each party in the contract practically. We will also cover some theoretical concepts that are essential in job interviews as well as during meetings.

Delay analysis methods have more than one school, and by the end of the course, you will know how to analyze through the SCL (Society of Construction Law), which is the most famous in the Gulf market especially, and the AACE-RP school. The RP study aims to provide a more comprehensive and broader clarification, but in the end, the methods are quite similar in both schools.

الفئة المُستهدفة من الكورس:

• مهندسي التخطيط بخبرة على الأقل 5 سنوات في مجال التخطيط و المتابعة. (Planning )
• البرنامج التدريبي قد يناسب مهندسي العقود و لكن للتخطيط بشكل خاص

Target Audience

• Planning engineers withat least 5 years of experience in the field of planning and monitoring.
• The training program may be suitable for contract engineers but for planning specifically.

أساسيات لازمة قبل البدء فى الكورس:

• أن يكون المتدرب قام / شارك / حاول عمل مطالبة او مطالبتين على الأقل خلال مشواه المهني لتمديد وقت المشروع .
• أن يكون المتدرب عنده خبرة كافية بالعمل على برنامج البريمفيرا .
• ليس شرطا أن تكون على دراية كافية بالعقود .

Requirements to know before starting the course:

• • The trainee should have attempted or participated in at least one or two claims during their professional career for extending project time.
  • The trainee should have sufficient experience working with Primavera software.
  • It’s not a requirement to have sufficient knowledge of contracts.

• معرفة طرق التحليل المستخدمة في سوق العمل من خلال SCL
• لو كنت مهندس استشاريا ستعرف كيف ستحلل المطالبة المقدمة من المقاول.
• لو كنت تعمل مع المقاول ستعرف كيف تقوم بعمل المطالبة و مكوناتها الصحيحة .
• ستعرف ما يجب مراجعته في البرنامج الزمني قبل تقديمه كمقاول و بعد تقديمه كاستشاري .
• ستحصل على 15PDUs

Skills acquired by the end of the course:

• Understanding different analysis methods used in the market through RP.
• Understanding analysis methods used in the market through SCL.
• If you were a consulting engineer, you would know how to analyze claims submitted by the contractor.
• If you work with the contractor, you will know how to prepare a claim and its proper components.
• Knowing what should be reviewed in the schedule before submitting it as a contractor and after submitting it as a consultant
• You will get 15PDUs.

4. You’ll be acquainted with the three fundamental steps in studying any delay.
5. Varieties of delays and their classifications will be thoroughly explained.
6. A comprehensive understanding of concurrent delays and practical calculation methods will be provided.
7. You’ll gain insight into different types of concurrent delays and the circumstances under which the contractor is compensated.
8. We’ll guide you through the life cycle of an Extension of Time claim.
9. Three distinct schedule types essential for delay analysis will be introduced.
10. Simplified explanations of TIA (Time Impact Analysis) and window analysis will be provided.
11. We’ll clarify the concept of AACE RP and highlight the variances between SCL and RP methodologies for delay analysis.
12. Familiarize yourself with the 9+1 methods of delay analysis and the criteria for selecting each method.
13. Understanding the preferred method for analysis and the rationale behind it will be emphasized.
14. Step-by-step instructions for drafting a claim will be provided.
15. Guidance on reviewing and analyzing a submitted claim will be offered.
16. Differentiating between Modelled and Observational methods of analysis will be elucidated.
17. We’ll outline the preparatory steps a consultant should take before conducting an analysis.
18. Understanding the 14 key checkpoints as per DCMA standards will be emphasized.
